Digital printing is a resin based print and has a very slow fade rate on washing so should easily last the life of the garment. This process can only be carried out on white or very light coloured t-shirts. eg. ash grey, natural unbleached, birch, sand, pale green, pale yellow etc. Dark materials should be silk-screen printed or cad-cut printed (depending on quantity, for which the prices below should apply. With silk-screen printing there will be an additional charge for the manufacture of one screen for each colour in the graphic - this is a one-off charge as screens can be re-used on subsequent orders. Not an economic option for quantities under 25/30.
Small batch printing on dark materials can be carried out using Cad-Cut (as with names and numbers on football shirts) The prices below may apply for a single print eg - a name, but additional printing, eg - a single digit number will cost an extra £3.00 and £5.00 for two digits. Printing onto customer supplied clothing is costed at £10.00 for first item, then £3.00 each thereafter (depending on size of print and quantity). The cost is reduced for small size prints eg breast logos.
